Flaxseed, rooibos leaf, cinnamon bark, dandelion root, liquorice root, cacao nibs, fenugreek seeds, rose petals.

BREWING GUIDE

Gently shake the pouch to blend the tea evenly. Use one heaped teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml), or one tea bag. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes: nearer 5 for a fuller flavour. Strain and enjoy.
